     The qinghai-tibet Plateau in early summer has beautiful scenery. Hard-working, kind-hearted, simple Tibetan compatriots, with tents, dry food, over the mountains to the plateau of the rare no-man's land, food and shelter, a live for several days. Then the Tibetans would leave, cap in hand, in search of the cordyceps in the direction revealed by the lamas. And it is said that if the monks do not follow the direction of digging cordyceps, the Tibetan home of cattle and sheep will die. You should know that cattle and sheep are the property of Tibetan people, so if you don't follow the instructions, the consequences will be very serious. The custom has faded away now.

Ophiocordyceps sinensis is a rare Chinese medicinal material, known as "soft gold" , mainly produced on the Tibetan Plateau, also known as "cordyceps" . Cordyceps is a complex of Ophiocordyceps sinensis, a fungus of the ergot family, parasitic on the larvae of hepialidae insects, the main active ingredients are Cordycepin, Cordycepin, d-mannitol, cordyceps polysaccharide and other substances beneficial to human absorption, with regulating the immune system, anti-fatigue and other effects.
